We thank everyone for keeping Health & Safety a top priority here at Revell. We continue to wear our mask when we’re inside and if we’re not 6ft apart. We wash our hands for at least 20 seconds. We Keep our distance from other people. We have plexiglass up at all reception counters and in all Sales Offices. Our customers and visitors are checked in at Ford Tower entrance and Service Drive-Thru rear door. COVID-19 forms are completed. We have hand sanitizers and masks at all customer entrances. We continue to clean and sanitize all touch points inside dealership. We’re keeping customer lounge closed and Service Drive-Thru open for service customers to sit while waiting for their vehicle. We sanitize all touch points of customer vehicles before and after service. We sanitize all touch points of new, used & demos before and after test drives. We have disposable pens in all Sales & Service offices and counters. We offer free Pickup & Delivery service.

We continue to do our best to keep our employees, customers and community safe and healthy here at Revell Ford.
- High traffic disinfected regularly.
- Plexiglas shields installed at all reception counters and all sales offices.
- Signs for physical distancing, floor stickers, where to enter and where to exit.
- We have hand sanitizer stations and masks at all entrances .
- Our Drive-Thru being used as a waiting room, with chairs spaced two meters apart, also with both bay doors open.
- No coffee or snacks being supplied for customers.
- We only have bottled water and canned soda available.
- All vehicles are sanitized before going into the shop and before leaving the shop.
- Sanitizer, gloves and masks available for all employees and customers.
- We have put a desk with plexiglass around it in the drive thru, to prevent entry to the service room office. We have one of our Detailers sitting at the desk checking people in and cleaning the customer vehicles before and after service.
- We are cleaning and sanitizing all washrooms regularly.
- We are cleaning and sanitizing all door nobs, light switches, stair case banisters and phones throughout the day.
- We are cleaning and sanitizing all computers and contact points.
- We are cleaning and sanitizing all chairs as needed.
- We are cleaning and sanitizing the lunch rooms before and after lunch hours.
- We have limited the lunch rooms for physical distancing.
- Barriers have been placed to limit access points.
- Disinfecting customer vehicle keys, dealer trade keys, and vehicle keys picked up from other dealers.
- Satellite building have hand sanitizers and masks.
- Wash-bays have hand sanitizers, masks and signs.
- Sales office customer chairs are wiped down every time a customer leaves.

By order of the Manyone who goes into a commercial establishment, both staff and customers, must put on a protective mask. He added that businesses can be fined up to $5,000 a day for failing to follow guidelines, which will be enforced by public health inspectors. However, he said public health will hold back from delivering fines for the next week to give the community an opportunity to adjust to the new expectations.
Before entering our dealership:
Wear a Face Covering (except for children under 2 years of age, people who would have difficulty breathing or a medical reason and services that require you to temporarily remove the face covering).
Use Hand Sanitizer and Keep a distance of 2 metres (6 feet) from others.
This helps to prevent the spread of COVID-19

As of Tuesday May 19th, 2020 our Showroom and Pre-Owned Vehicle Centre are open as long as the dealership complies with the same strict public health safety measures. Revell Lincoln family and staff will be working as a team helping to keep our workplace safe and healthy for all employees and customers.
- We will still be recording all sales, service and body shop appointments for keeping a limited number of customers in showroom and Service Drive-Thru for physical distancing. One customer at a time is allowed in Fix Auto Verona office.
- All employees and visitors are to wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer before entering our dealership, after contact with others, or with surfaces others have touched. We have hand sanitizer dispensers set up throughout the dealership.
- We have full-time staff on duty to sanitize the dealership thoroughly and often, especially frequently touched surfaces. We pay particular attention to common areas such as entryways and washrooms.
- We keep visitors and staff a safe distance apart by using floor markings, installing partitions and changing the work layout where possible to increase physical distance.
- We will be opening windows and bay doors to introduce more fresh air.
- Our Service-Drive-Thru continues to be our waiting area for service customers as our customer lounge is closed.

What to do:
Visit a COVID-19 Assessment Centre. Visit kflaph.ca or call 613-549-1232 for locations.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and put your used tissue in the garbage. Cough or sneeze into your elbow or sleeve, not your hands.
- Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds. Clean hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Practice physical distancing and stay 2 metres from other people.

As of Monday, May 4th 2020 the Ontario Government is allowing car dealerships to operate on an appointment only basis. We have implemented several changes in the dealership to ensure the safety of our staff and customers:
- To book your appointment for sales, call 613-374-3765.
- Customers arriving at Lincoln Showroom are to use the door on the north entrance to showroom.
- Hand sanitizing dispensers mounted on the wall just inside the door at all entrances.
- Plexiglass partitions have been installed at all sales desks, reception and service counters.
- All customers who enter the building will be screened by our greeters.
- Customers will be able to go on test drives alone, to insure we are following proper physical distancing protocols.
- All vehicle keys and touch points in the vehicle will be sanitized before and after each test drive.
- The majority of your transaction can still be completed online or over the phone to comply with physical distancing.
- All New & Used Vehicles, Demos & Service Loaners are cleaned & disinfected with HealthyCar.
Our service department remains open with the following changes in place:

- We offer free pickup and delivery.
- When you arrive at dealership, park your vehicle on south side and use the back door of our Service Drive Thru. We are using our Service Drive Thru for customers to sit while they wait for their vehicle. The chairs are spread out to ensure proper physical distancing. Bring your own food and drink while you wait for your vehicle as our customer lounge is closed.
- We sanitize your vehicle before and after we service your vehicle.
Remember, continue to wash your hands and keep your 2 meter (6 feet) distance at all times. Our top priority remains the health and safety of our staff and customers. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we work through these challenging times. We will continue to update our website with changes as we move forward.

We've decided to close our Lincoln Showroom, Service, Parts and Fix Auto Verona from March 25 to April 14, 2020, to help flatten the curve of COVID 19.
